Terms and Conditions

Effective July 26, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms concern the website only. Any Deeproot client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Information, not advice

The site presents Deeproot's perspective, services and general information. It is not legal, financial, accounting, medical or other regulated professional advice. An inquiry, conversation or form submission does not create a client relationship or bind either party to an engagement.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Deeproot owns or is authorized to use the site's writing, design, frameworks, names, graphics and other content. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable scale, misrepresent your identity or use the site in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

5. Third-party services

The site may link to third-party platforms, including social networks and Wix services. Deeproot does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We aim for accuracy but do not promise that all content is complete, current or error-free.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties of any kind. Deeproot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.
